Good question. It depends. I recommend having a distinction between individual and multi-user presets. However, this is advanced functionality and I recommend keeping presets on an individual user level until multi-level is needed. It really depends on the use case and the user needs of the app. Another way to think about it is to assign a preset to a user type. I'll think more about this question...
